The location of this hotel was absolutely mind-blowing! Right around the corner from the Christmas Markets, in the heart of the old town. The staff were super friendly and helpful, even carrying our bags upstairs. The room was spotlessly clean and had a warm and powerful shower. The character-filled triple room with painted furniture was jaw-dropping, and the bed was incredibly comfy. The staff provided great suggestions and the hotel was very accommodating. The free parking behind the hotel was a pleasant surprise. The check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. this hotel had everything we needed for a fantastic stay, including excellent Wi-Fi and a cozy outdoor dining area.

Everything was great, stunning location close to the market place and shops, Rathaus & Main Square, and restaurants, courteous staff. The room was absolutely stunning and magical, with the sink in the main bedroom and shower, for example, slept really well. The hotel was located in the heart of the city. The food in the in-house restaurant was lovely and exceptional.

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. The building has historical value, but the rooms are quite comfortable!
TVs are old and poorly configured: an image with bands and sound noise. WiFi connection isn't good in all rooms: we got another room closer to the WLAN.

It's an unusual room, you live like in a museum, with old sofas and armchairs around.
There are no glasses in the room.

The hotel has a restaurant with Italian cuisine, which surprised me. But it's delicious. The prices are a little higher. Nice location. The parking lot's not far from the hotel.

The decoration of the hotel had a charming and traditional feel, with beautifully painted furniture throughout. The general areas of the hotel were cozy and comfortable, perfect for a senior woman like myself. The hotel's location within the old city made it easily accessible for us to explore and enjoy all the sights and activities.
It would have been nice to have more staff available to assist us during our stay. Sometimes, it felt like the young ones working there were overwhelmed and unable to provide the attention and care that senior guests may require.
